Well, $1200, for the first one, $900 for the second from ebay and the last one, for $300 which I was excited cause it was "new" broke on the first time up and down. I am just disgusted with this piece of **** car and vendors who sell viper parts from america that are ****ty parts. Plastic curtains are the way to go!! Congrats to all you gen I people!!

Is there any way to get the fking windows up AND down on these cars???? Or are we subjected to just waving with a pair of vice grips holding the window up?

The regulator you received is the OEM part from Mopar, brand new in the box. It carries a full warranty of course, so we will send you another one as soon as possible. If you purchase from a local dealer (should be around the same price) and they install it then the labor should be covered as well in the event of failure. Obviously there should be no failure to begin with, so you need to decide where you want it serviced or if you are doing it yourself. We always recommend your local Chrysler dealership if you are comfortable with the work they do on Vipers. Check with your local Viper Club (South Florida) to see who they recommend.

Sorry for the troubles and wish we could do more, but parts failures are completely beyond our control.

Who installed these regulators? It's very easy to damage them during the installation process, I'd guess thats your problem.

Yes, I would suggest that you find a more experienced mechanic, if the same one installed all 3 parts that broke. Either the install was done wrong or there is another problem that is not being addressed that was the cause of the original and maybe 3 replacements to break. Then again, maybe "they" are actually out to get you personally. :) Good luck.

Has anyone else had issues with the newest regulators? Looks like my stock one needs replacing....

I just recently replaced my passenger side regulator purchased from VPA and so far it works perfectly!! I will have no concerns at all buying the drivers side regulator when the time comes.

I'm glad you're close to me. So far, I am limping along with my 'original' regulators........ They work, but........my time is coming! A matter of time!!!
