Sorry, was a little bored on the way up to Nebraska in the GTS today and decided to shoot this picture as the sun rose...

I was amused to see that my arm holding the camera "cut" the window so that it looks like a snake eye. Fun! Oh, and since that probably put you to sleep, this should wake you up. The ULTIMATE coffee table!

Yes, it is a genuine Viper V-10, fully functional. It sits in the customer waiting area at the famous Woodhouse Dodge! Gee, maybe I can ask for one for Christmas!

Had a GREAT time on the way back, as a Porsche Turbo stalked me at the Amoco I stopped at in Iowa. Couldn't figure out why he was sitting in his car while I pumped gas. As I left, he tailed me in a big way. Hit the I-29 on-ramp, and, well, it was a hoot! I'd give more details, but those dang moderators would get in a huff...

Great picture, Chris!

Is it the Viper that provides us with passion? Or the Viper that releases the passion in us? You are an asset to this forum and a true Viper emissary. Thanks for my American Flag.

Chris,
Hey, wait a minute, aren't you a moderator, ya gotta tell us more about that Porsche at the gas station. I saw a bunch of those coffee tables last January at CAAP! Don't think any of them were for sale however.

If you look at the shadow itself, you can see where the side windows are. In the middle of that is another shadow - which is actually my arm holding the camera. If you look at the overall shadow of the car, the window looks like a snake eye with the slotted pupil in the middle.

As to that Porsche, it was a mid-90's Turbo with Ohio tags. What was probably the wildest part was that we played for almost 15 miles. He then took an exit and went back north on the Interstate. Bottom line: He not only waited at the gas station for me to get on the highway, but apparently went 30 miles out of his way to play with the Snake! Suffice it to say that he got bit, although I was impressed he did as well as he did.
