To all who said I couldn\'t still get a factory warranty!!!

I've got a 94 that I just got another 4yr/48,000 mile warranty from Chrysler!!!

That means my car will still have a factory warranty on it when it's 12 years old!!!!!!

Ya gotta love it!!!!!!!!!

When does your warranty run out? I would tell you to call Chuck Tator, but he'll be gone for about(I think) 2 weeks for Daytona 500!

Unfortunately, the warranty from the original owner ran out last Jan. before I bought the car last May. Is there any way possible to get a warranty of some sort whether from DC or some other Co. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-Jonathan

There are other companies out there but I'm not too knowledgeable about them. If I were you, I would call your local Dodge dealer and ask about a warranty. I don't think once your warranty runs out that you can get another one from Chrysler. I still had a warranty on my car that expired 2-5-02 and I renewed it 2-4-02. Also, post on this board and ask how to get a warranty on your car since there's not one on it now! Somebody should respond.

VCA has numerous threads in its search engine about getting D-C warranties even after your Viper's expires. Here's one I recently did.

Always buy the factory warranty. Other companies tend to give you a hard time paying for things that go wrong with the car.

I bought my 94 new and purchased a 7/70000 on it but it expired last year. I wish I would have known I could have extended it before it expired. I asked my local dealer if I could a few days ago and he said I could not. What do you think. Any help would be appreciated. I have 30000 on it now.

I decided against re-up-ping my warranty. The first one worked so very well that just about everything is new on my car.
