Despite my car melting down, the dyno day was fun none the less. There was even a new SRT 10 there to prove its numbers.

Everyone at the event and the staff at "Street Stuff" in Addison were very generous in helping me with my car and giving me a ride home. They offered to have it towed to the local dealer on Monday while pushing it inside tonight.

Keith,i'm getting WEB SITE NOT RESPONTING?

Most impressive run of the day to me was Frank's red 95RT-new arrow rebuild,No Filters,99 stock header conversion, stock cats, borla mufflers.392RW,Heck TOOOFST with snake oyl sub,no filters @2500miles dyno'd best of 384rw.
Funniest was myself betting my customer Butch(01 GTS TOOFAST NOS Banana)dinner I could beat his 614rw in one run only.It took two,the first, forgot to turn the bottle on duh, then ran 653rw.
There was Dave B.running his BLK ACR with a TNT head package, nice 511rw,I think he was rich, maybe a VEC-1 will kick it up.
The most fun was watching Johnny'stock SRT run,424rw,that things begging for mods.
Guys, help me out with the rest, thanks to Charlie owner(dyno operator)of Street Stuff(one awesome speed shop).

Try this URL for the movies: http://www.spiralmind.com/mp3/default.asp?q=f&f=%2Fmovies

My '99 ACR (TNT from cones to tips, plus Dynomax mufflers in back) ran 511.6 rwhp, 512.4 rwtq. I did some searching through the archives, and a similar modded '99 picked up 19/20 rwhp/tq with the VEC-1. So I'm thinking the VEC-1 could/should/maybe will put me at 530/532 at the rear wheels.

My '95 roadster (SVP headers, HF cats, 3" Borla) picked up 15.5 rwhp, 9.1 rwtq from it's Arrow rebuild + 2,500 miles. It ran 407.3 rwhp, 468.6 rwtq.

Scotty TOOOFST -

Sounds like a great event. I didn't make it back from my Lake Geneva golf outing until late Saturday night. Maybe I'll catch the next one.

1 word....HEADS!
A set of properly ported/polished heads will get you there. Not over-ported, not too much spring pressure....just right for your combo.
My car picked up almost 90rwhp on the dyno with properly set up heads.

Hey TOM,heads cost $5000+- to get em right with valve job, rockers, porting, labor. Most Viper friendly dealers still warranty the car also.
A Dry shot of Juice is simple, and may do the trick!
Are you coming to drag day, you'll see if that 65+ does the trick on other snakes!

o.k., i need 65 more horse. no steroids(NOS). ideas???

Forget the heads, go with the Sean Roe supercharger. For around 2K more you can have more power that looks bad as heck.

P.S. 65 horse will never be enough..............

i know, i figured 65 would bring me to an even 500 which would keep me happy for a while.

scotty TOOFST, i'll probably swing by your shop sometime soon to discuss this at length with you. Thanks for organizing the event Saturday.

GTSF, I know that after even a few days or a week of 500 RWHP, you would be saying to yourself, "Is this fast?" If you have the need for speed, you need the Sean Roe supercharger! I will probably see you around sometime.

Tom,try to make the drags this weekend. You'll then see the bottom line, what 1/4mile time is good enough and how much RW to get there without driving like Shirly Muldowny.lol
I'm working on Issac's steel grey 02 today, were hoping for 11's on stock tire.
