Anyone have a problem with a squeeky top and brakes at really really light braking? Car only has about 600 miles on it now and the top squeeks (from day one by the way) on the drivers side. The brakes when I took it out today were kind of squeeking at the end of my trip when I was on them VERY lightly. Are these common or do I need to pay my dealer a visit?

My brakes squeak when I'm pulling into the driveway but heck, if I took my cars to the shop everytime I heard brakes squeak, I'd be doin' a lot of walkin'.

Zero top squeaks or rattles in 19,000 miles. Just a side window that catches the top. My dash rattles and my brakes squeak though! The GTS and RT-10 had MUCH squeakier brakes.

I had that same squeek. I cleaned the top and molding on the top of the windshield. Used some car wash soap and water. After it dryed sprayed a little silicone on it, and...no more squeek.

You need to put the silicone spray where the little black protrusions go into the holes on the windshield header...that's where they squeek.

Thanks ViperRay. Yes...silicone in the holes where the top posts go in did the trick.

Interesting. Since I did this process, over a year ago, the top has remained squeek free.

Before the cleaning I could stop the squeek temporaraly by pulling down on the top when driving. (That got old real quick).
