Trickle charge

On my 08 with key off, no hot to cell outlite, so that can't charge.So i connected to the place you use for jump start. will this work it seems to be chargeing,any danger with this.Its hot with ford gts,didn't want to go though the direct to battery.Some said they have done this with a acr but they did not say what year it was.

I've just ordered a Battery Tender Plus as well, never needed it before. I've never had the cars sit this long without being able to take them out for short hop...this winter is awful.

Crayne, the plug in that is inside your center arm rest, I think it's next to the air bag shut-off, is hot all the time. I use it with a plug-in charger and it works fine.
