Under Hood Liner/Pad?

Have any of you ever replaced, and know how much an under hood liner, or pad, is on a Gen II hood. I recently noticed that the hood pad on mine has two small holes where it used to rub the very top of the air box. I have since adjusted the hood so that this does not happen anymore, but since I am such a clean freak about the car, I wanted to know if it worth purchasing a new one.

I replaced mine, had a few holes in it, with a stock one. It was well under $200.00. Also go to a paint body shop & get all new clips,they are really cheap, and I bought the special tool for the clip removal. There must have been around 20 clips. It was real easy to remove them with the tool.

Yeah, the clips are the same as used on my Grand Cherokee, it is almost easier just to trash them for new ones after replacing a hood liner anyway. 19 of those clips total I think, plus two round style ones.
