Upgrading Gen 1 to 18 in Wheels?

I'm looking into upgrading my stock wheels to 18 in GTS wheels. Are there any clearance issues or modifications that are required in order to fit the 18's? Does the tire diameter change? Speedo need to be recalibrated?

If you can locate the Gen III wheels and tires go for the run flats and add Nitrous to the trunk. Yes, they bolt up also!

No problems - just put them on. Have had mine for 3 years.
They do weigh more than the original 5 spoke.
