Used hard tops for gen 1

How much do they cost? sell for?

I know there are a few different kinds of tops but just in general are they worth like 1000? 1500? 2000? I'm not sure at all

My guess is 2k used.
Autoform requires Autoform windows.
Mopar requires you remove the sport bar pad to install (time consuming).
Vipermania bolts on the back through the sport pad (easy on and off, plus very safe- won't blow off).
[*****] requires [*****] Windows- Big money
Three piece stowable hard top requires customized Vipermania windows (unless they have fabricated their own windows now).

I purchased a 96 factory used hard top in excellent condition on e-bay this past summer that fit perfectly on my 95 for $1050. Had it painted at a local body shop that did an unbelievable paint match and finish. These tops are out there and avaliable if you are patient and look for them.

I highly recommend the Northwind hardtop with the windows. I just put mine back on today and it goes on in about a minute without any tools to worry about. The carbonfiber is so light that it can be lifted with one hand. I still have someone hold the other side when putting it on due to the size. It fits awesome and looks awesome too.
