We have Changed hotel reservations. Many people said they would like a nicer hotel accomadation than the previous listed Hotel. I have arranged for one of the nicest Hotels in the Bowling Green area as well as secure a great rate. They have also arranged for a private parking area along with Security for the Vipers as well as RIGS. This Hotel is one exit down from the previous but is still right off I-65 and only about 20 minutes from track.

A follow up on this hotel...

Just called and they have NO non-smoking rooms and NO rooms with King beds.

Just thought you'd like to know. BTR contingent will be staying elsewhere.

EDIT: We will be staying at the Marriott on Wilkerson Trace in Downtown Bowling Green. It is a High End property(for the area) and non smoking and king size rooms are available. Marriott hotels reservation number is: 1-800-627-7468. Best of luck.

i just called to confirm my reservations (and i got kingsize nonsmoking so if you cant get that setup it must be cause theyre simply out of em. got a pool also...CANNONBALL!!!

I just spoke with the GM of the Hotel There KingSize non-smoking ROOMs Available. I have The poolside rooms held to be upgraded to the first 25 entries which make the hotel reservations through the hotel.

YOU MUST REFERNCE THE VIPER V-10 NATIONALS!!! If you reserved a room not under this call back and move your reservations under this heading. I can then upgrade your rooms.

Hello,

When I called I referenced the V-10 Nationals and the fellow on the phone was less than receptive, as a matter of fact, very impersonable...worse than I am. He stated that they only had non smoking double bed rooms. You might want to have a talk with this fellow.

In any event, the BTR contingent is already reserved at the Marriott and we are staying for free(4 rooms) due to my accumulated Marriott points through being a Pilot. We are just sleeping in the hotel and look forward to seeing everyone at the event.

I am out of town dont have an official count. Safely over 40 so far. Actual entry's

I recieved several phone calls today and one is sending in 6-10 entries from ILLinois area. another said 2 are coming from N. Dakota.
