vca membership

How do i sign up for the VCA? was going to fax it in today but for new members it only shows the 4th quarter payment, should i just check the renewel box (the 100$ one) and just dont put in a current vca #?

Yes Jeff. Send in the $100 and fill out the app as if you're applying for a full year.

They'll take care of the rest.
