i finally got around to sorting out a few pics, special thanks to everyone at ViperDays espicially Skip and Courtney for making our little group feel so welcome over the weekend, and to all the competitors who took time to chat with us and gave all of us a few laps around the track, awesome :)

this was my 2nd trip to a ViperDays event, and i highly recommend the experience even as a spectator, its great to see and hear so many vipers :usa: rumbling along the concrete

I know Mich throughly enjoyed his session with Chuck, even though the brakes gave way at the end ;)

The Cone brake cooling kit works very well, every Gen I/II should have one that see's a circuit! Chuck, how have you managed to race so long without? The Cones ball joint boots shields are really trick, works of art in the form of metalic shields, huge thanks to Janni for these...my GTS loves them.

Fantastic pics Neil. Really like the "licenced to thrill" gold coloured CC as a personal favourite from that set of pics, like his ramps/lift set up for the track too.

Routed ducts underneath. Driver's side was damaged.

Nice pictures Neil. Especially the ones of the blue #2 going off-roading. Those are hard to get. It is fun seeing so many Vipers in one spot. Tim

#2 just came in a little to hot, or his brakes were fading he was visibile a bit quick leading into the corner, it was nice to snap from the hotel swimming pool :)

It was a new camera Tim (Canon 400d and 300mm lense) and im slowly getting the hang of it, the fast shutter did freeze the cars though they looked like the were standing still so i slowed the shutter down for a bit of blur, though most times the shots are out of focus, i only got a couple of seconds on the fast straight to catch them when zoomed in, any tips Tim ??

That one looks good. Just lots of practice and use the delete button alot, that way people think all your pictures look good if you delete all the blurry ones. Use the fast shutter speeds when the cars are coming at you, like front shots and the slower speeds for the side shots so it looks like they are moving. I remember one photographer showing me her action shots and she was so proud of how she made them look like they were sitting still on the track when they were moving so fast.
