Hello;
Obviously the lighter flywheel would make for quicker revs/throttle response. Sounds good so far, right?
Well, a lighter flywheel would also equal less inertia when you let out the clutch in first gear for example. Even though we enjoy incredible torque in our SRT's (or any Viper) wouldn't we lose some of the low rpm torque that we now enjoy when just out for a cruise?
Another thought; wouldn't a lighter flywheel help to eliminate some wheelspin when doing an aggressive launch? What are your opinions on doing the lightweight flywheel mod to the SRT?
