What is the differance between a GTS- R and GTS. All I seem to notice is a five point, and rims. What is under the hood? Anything Different?

A real GTS/R is totally different from a GTS. If you'r talking about the GT-2 copy with the GTS/R badge (100 built White with blue stripes) then there is not much of difference.

They come stock with K & N filters and Mopar smooth tubes 10 hp like the ACR.
