What to clean the interior black dash with?

I have a '02 GTS with the textured Black/Cognac interior and was wondering what you all use to clean interiors with to avoid scratches and making it shiny. I like the matte finish and don't want it to be shiny. I have the Zaino plastic cleaner but it is not recommended for porous surfaces, so I thought I'd ask for advice before cleaning it. Thoughts?

I used Zaino leather in a bottle... but it does make it a bit shiny...
but dries completely no slimy residue...
Have you used the leather in a bottle on your seats yet?

1)Car Duster
2) Windex or pump spray glass cleaner
3) Meguires # 40

I just wipe mine with a damp cloth and nothing else.

I third the damp cloth and nothing else. I tried Windex and it left a wihitish residue.
