Whats a clean 92 worth these days?

Hey folks, new owner here. Picked up a barn find 92 with only 3000 miles. VIN 76. Really hard to figure out what these are worth these days as there really aren't any for sale. Any ideas? I spoke with Ben Keating (mutual friend), even he says there is no solid # on these right now. Its a complete original, no mods, came with lots of extras as far as top, windows, covers.

I'd say between $50k and $70k. A 90 mile showroom quality '92 sold for $135 last year on BAT. Most are closer to $50-$60k

When you say "barn find" what does that mean? To many that means sitting in a garage and not run in 10-20 years and in need of a lot of restoration Condition is a big determinate as some parts are very hard to source. So what's the condition and background?

Sorry should have clarified. I picked it up with a Fisker Karma as a package deal lol. I own the nation's only Fisker specialty shop. The owner offered it as a 2 car package. He has owned it 10 years. It was in a barn type garage with cement floors, covered. It's in real good original condition, all original tires paint etc. Paint has good shine and seat leather and all rubber/vinyl are perfect no dry rot or cracking. The only thing it needs is the dash panels are dried out and need refinishing which I understand to be typical and its dusty. Also some tiny little pinhead bubbles(seperation) of paint on top of rear quarters and trunk. I understand these flaws were also common on 92s.
It was driven a few miles regularly and periodically by this owner. It fired right up and I drove it back to my shop ran great. So with some very detailed cleaning it should come up like new.

So if I asked you to price my car, wouldn't you ask me for the mileage?????

Mileage is a big factor in determining the price of your '92. There are some new dash panels in the hands of individuals, not available at the dealerships.

Here's a link from BAT that should help you, 5 '92's sold in the last year and a half, 3,200 mile went for $70k, the others are $100k plus but keep in mind their all sub 1k Vipers. As I wrote above, mileage is the key to your '92's value. Good luck!! Mike

Hey NP, I just looked up Evolution. many!!!! years ago I grew up in Ardsley and my dad worked in Jenkintown. I'm in SoCal now lots' of Fisker's and the Karma office is about 12 miles from me. BTW, they look best in lighter colors, Silver is my favorite
