Where are the West Virginia and Maryland Vipers??

I live in West Virginia and would love to hook up with other Viper owners. I saw a red GTS in Hagerstown the other day, but I was in my suv so he didn't stop. I love these cars and it excites me everytime I see one.
Anyone close??

Just a guess off the top of me head I would wager that the West Virginia and Maryland Vipers were probably in West Virginia and Maryland
