EDIT.....Nevermind, Just signed up on a 2001 Sapphire RT/10, If the wife doesn't like it we will order a 2004 or maybe a sweet deal will show up on a SRT/10. thanks "not a Chuck wanna be anymore :) "

If it is at a dealer they must be willing to transfer to my Dodge dealer. They will still make at least their hold back plus $$ on the car. If it is not a dealer I will not pay an outragous. I am baseing pricing on what I can buy a new one for from my dealer. From what I understand, they are not near as hot of an item now as they were in the beginning.

A local Dodge dealer has a black SRT on their showroom floor here in Kansas City. Just heard about it last night. I will keep you posted!

Chris, I saw it today. It is at Gladstone Dodge. They are asking $10K over list price, or $93K+. The salesman says it has been on the floor for 2 weeks with no inquiries. Says it is the only one in KC up for sale. The "owner" didn't want it. It is "stunning"!!!

I think I can find a black one at close to $89,000 if interested. By the way - It's not mine. My 1st SRT-10 sold to a VCA member for less than I paid for it. I am keeping my second SRT-10.

Thanks guys but before I overpay I will order a 2004. I have a line on a red car at a great price (built, not yet shipped) but the wife is not a fan of red. She has had many black or navy cars.

Thanks but it seems like all the dealers are intent on a high price. I can get a great price on a 04 so I think she can enjoy the "new to us rt/10" and we can order a 04.

Tom R said his dealer was testing the waters at $93,700 but I was welcome to make an offer. When dealers do this....I offer up the thought: I hope the building collapses on the car :)

I just returned from Roanoke Dodge and they have a black one on the showroom floor. It might be sold, but it's worth calling John Gastman to find out.

Just let me borrow it. From your sig you will never miss it  Sounds like you may be giving a good deal. I probably need a total stocker for the wife, if it was for me we would already be talking.

...Honestly, I doubt she would notice the difference in the car from stock, it is very smoothe...unless she has a heavy foot  ...it has a lumpy idle...sounds GREAT....the speed is probably best measured on a dyno....the stock ones are dangerous if not driven properly.....maybe you are just afraid she would be able to out run your car :D

hehe.....wouldn't be the first time we lined em up. Her 84 Vette against my modded Omni GLH, I won. Her 98 c5 against my 94 Formula, I lost (talk about incentive to install the headers that had been laying around)The headers turned it around. My buddy drove the Vette both times.
