Who has the yellow 9 second Viper in Orlando?

My son's freind said he saw one at Orlando speedway/Biflo the other night.

I didn't realize there was one that fast in the area.

Anyone know who it is, or even if it REALLY did happen?

Inquiring minds want to know.

There is a yellow Viper in the Orlando area. He is not a member of the VCA and I'm not sure if he looks at this site. He is running nitrous, I'm not sure which kit, I saw him running mid 11s earlier this year on drag radials and 373 gears. I know his name is Orlando. If he is in the Nines he must have done some upgrades.

1Tony1 Orlando is 1/4 mile.
Fuelman Orlando track officals had a talk with me, when I started to run faster.... about safety equipment ... a roll bar. Track offical stated the 'yellow Viper' would not be running there again until he installed a roll bar. Mine is installed so I will not have any issues in Orlando or any other track. It is for my R/T 10 and has proper steel sizing and door bar steel sizing with correct mounts @ floor.
