Who owns a 2000 RT?

1. If ordered from factory with hardtop, did softtop come also? Seller says no, doesn't have softtop.

2. Were chrome logos "Viper RT/10" on side std for steel blue?

I think all Vipers came with a soft top. Hard top was an option.

I believe the chrome emblems were aftermarket.

My 2000 steel gray GTS has the chrome emblems on the sides and painted emblems on the rear bumper.

Craig, Just picked up my 2000 steel gray/cognac RT. The chromes are stock and it comes with the soft top. The hard top is optional. Just confirming other comments. Happy hunting. AT

We ordered ours. Chrome embloms standard. Soft top standard. Hard top extra. Tonneau cover extra(never have used it)

Craig, I was very fortunate to have stumbled across this 2000 on an obscure web site. Bought it off a private party. He'd already added the Mopar/Borla exhaust, had every scrap of paperwork, both tops, cover, tonneau & hard top storage rack. All this with less than 1800 mi. They come up on Ebay every now and then. Although I would never buy on the auction format these guys are shopping the car the whole time. I'd think all you'd have to do is make 'em an offer that works and they shut the auction down and deal. Sorry for the long reply. Good luck! AT

Excellent choice of color gentleman. My Steel RT/10 was ordered new as well and came with the soft top and chrome side emblems. The hard top was an option I had to add.

I almost bought that car, passed it up as things didn't feel right.
