Who sells Halotron Fire Extinguisher with Viper Bracket?

Alans has them on their web site for 155 bucks but is out of them and do not know if they will get them in again. Who else sells them for a resonable price?

I purchased mine from Roe earlier this year. I'd check with them.

I bought Roe's chrome one and appears to be a fine quality product...Good fit with the bracket supplied...

How does that mount?
I see it uses the passenger seat tracks, but does it get in the way of a passenger's feet?
Does the pass seat still adjust?

Mounts great and retains seat adjustment. I have no passengers so i don't know if it gets in the way, looking at it, it doesn't appear it would be in the way.

I trimmed the mount on mine to move it closer to the seat. Drilled out the rivets and cut the aluminum flat stock etc.

I can't move the seat forward as much now by why would I ever want to do that?

And yes, I have to be careful getting in the car on that side not to step on it (I tried it a few times). I'm also 6 ft 4 in.

Simple mounting with the front two seat bolts. In my SRT I have it mounted on top of the mat so the mat stays tight.

My wife does ***** when the bottle is in the carrier. It doesn't get in the way of the feet when sitting but you have to step over it. When the bottle is out no issues.

I have the Roe product and it fits well. I painted the aluminum black so you can't really see it against the black carpet. Doesn't mess with seat adjustability and unless you're really little, you generally step into the car in front of this area. Either a red or chrome bottle make it easy for even the newbiest passengers to try to avoid it.

To those that rather spend HALF the dollars of the same product. Here is your alternative. Same one Roe sells in red only. With free shipping so instead of 185 for the Roe shipped this one is MUCH less. You may have to get creative mounting it but it says it included a vehicle mounting bracket too. Amerex Halotron Stored Pressure Fire Extinguisher, Class ABC - FREE Shipping @ CHIEFsupply.com $99 bucks SHIPPED for the 2.5 lb. bottle.

That's a great price on the extinguisher alone. I just checked and we pay more than that for them :-(
I'm going to give them a call and see if we can get a deal on a large quantity.
If anyone wants to get one of the ones from Chief, we'll make the bracket to mount it to the seat for $37.95. You'll just have to rivet the extinguisher bracket to our bracket (I'll supply the rivets too).
You'll have to call in to do this as we don't have it listed on our site as an option.
