thanks for the advice guys. i would definitely go enclosed. I wish i could jump on a jet (with my best girl by the way) and drive it back across the country but i cant with my job. Im the superintendent of a golf course and i work about 80 hrs a week so i dont think it would fit in my schedule. Dont get me wrong i would love to and i probably would if it was the winter. The deal isnt sealed yet on the car so i should have put in the title "about to buy" but its looking good.
I understand exactly what you are saying and I have followed your posts and added my two cents here and there and admire your persistence as well as your work ethic and your devotion to it. But, think about it if you do nail down this car and with what you said above will you ever really take the time to drive it or any other car across the country. You'r only gonna live once, be the age you are once, maybe even have the opportunity once.
Think about it, its in Cali, hwy 1 is there one of the most beatiful drives in the entire country take it S. to Diego cut back to the desert (at night with the stars above) to Utah go skinny dipping in Lake Tahoe, head for the Rocky Mountains and don't forget Pikes Peak, head S. to the Gulf and have some shrimp on the barbee (or off Barbie if thats her name) cut N. through the Smokey Mountains and get up early to see the morning mist hanging in the valleys, follow the Appalachians home.
Go make some memories so that when your old you and her can look at each other and say with a huge smiles on your faces were glad we lived life and did'nt just pass through it.
14 days, 14 days will last a life time the grass will still grow on the course and the sprinklers will still sprinkle while your gone and it will still be there when you get back.
Is it because you can't or you won't?
for every reason you say you can't thats just one more reason to.
O'ya and with that route you won't come with'in a hundred miles of me so I'm off the hook
