Why cant I look at the "How-Tos"

Well I really need to look at how to adjust the hood on my viper, and the forum wont let me look at them. Anyone have a idea's. I really need to fix this on my car becouse it drives me nuts.

Plus there are a few other ones that will come in handy in the future.
