Write-up for changing brake pads?

I've got 14" SRT brakes. Got the size factor covered. The reds were recommended by the vendor I bought the brake / wheel / tire package from.

I was at the Autosport show yesterday with some of the guys from the UK VCA, EBC had a stand at the show and I mentioned to them that I did not think much of the Red pads on track. They told me that the Reds are NOT a track pad and Have a tendency to wear out fast once they are overheated.

They recommended that the way to go is Yellow pads Front and rear, for fast road and Track in a Viper
