WTB: Gen1 or Gen2 RT/10

I don't know a thing about RT's but I doubt that you can find a Gen 2 in that price range (excluding a salvage title vehicle) but never hurts to ask.

Beware that if you buy one that cheap upkeep and/or repairs may be very very high-at that price it would probably be a car with problems

You will have to raise your budget by about $5K for a decent car. There is a 1998 RT on Ebay right now at $35K, and that is a steal! I'm guessing it will close at about $37K which is still a STEAL!

Agreed that that price range is going to be difficult to find one that is nice. I think you can definitely find one for that price, but expect to be fixing and replacing stuff...I have watched the auctions on EBAY for the last 3 years consistently....so i can make this statement with great experience.

gen I $32k-$35k for a nice one.

Gen II $45k and up for a decent one.
