Ford Fairmont futura. The fancy Fairmont with split vinyl top. It was chocolate brown with ORANGE top and ORANGE vinyl interior. I was stylin!! I could make it about one mile down the road in the winter before it stalled and I had to stick a screwdriver in the carb to open the choke. I still have it, the screwdriver that is.

Kind of an echo of your post--but my car was a '69 Chevy wagon...not as stylish as yours, but was chocolate brown as well...and same with the sticking the screwdriver into the carb to open the choke!!! Plus the bright lights switch on floor in winter froze. Was a hand-me-down from my gracious parents!! (I don't still have the screwdriver ) LOL~~~juli

My first car was a 1970 Opel GT. It was messed up from the cops hiting it to run it off the road in a San Francisco Bank Robbery.
I picked it up at a Police autcion for 800.00. but sold it with many hours of work 3years later for 3,000.00. I wish i had the car now.
