After fighting this case through the court and after 3 so-called "expert opinions" I got the money in 2010. I lost all upgrades and work done to the car in the 2 years before the crash, like the StarTech suspension etc. Roundabout 15k$.
I can never buy and import another mint red 2002 RT/10 for the money I got. Not even thinking about the time and money I spent for the court proceedings.
The car (my beloved red 2002 RT/10) is still not replaced since I could not find a good 2002 RT/10 like mine in +2 years. I found some molested 2002 RT/10's.
Bought the 2008 instead in 2009.
The judge was a female from former East Germany - no clue about cars - never heard the word VIPER before. Nevertheless, she recognized that somebody wants me to bend over and fu** me! The (s)dealership.
ALL the details I had to deal with in +2 years after the accident are so disgusting that I lost believe in many people ...
But, even such bad experiences cannot stop my love for the car, the Viper. An icon. A legend. Every minute a smile when driving the car.
