Had mine attached to the drivers visor on my gen 1 until some A Ho e stole it at the beach in Destin Fl! The replacement went into the little pouch on the front of the drivers seat. Why can't we ever catch them in the act? Just once!!!
1BAD--I've never written the Viper off as an expense. I have written off several SUV's over 6k GVW since I own a sub-S corp. That's legal. Years ago when I could pass a flight medical, I asked my accountant if I could write off a plane since I own a condo in Fl. NO WAY was his reply--darn it!
I have the 06 viper which was a wire transfer (cash) and wifes 07 Aspen (hate that name) which is over 6k GVW and I can write to my company. Payment on that is only 590 a month. I couldn't sleep with payments that large. BTW--insurance on the Viper is 763.00 a year, full coverage. I also have my...
Only reason to lease instead of buying is if you can write it off somewhere. Holy ^%#* 1850 a month for a car payment? WOW Buy one a year or less old (some people don't appreciate the power), and let them take the big depreciation hit. 1850--double WOW. I reall must be poor.
I too will vote--NO WAY!!!!, even with benefits!!. My son took my old viper to his HS football field for a picture to put in the football program. To my shock--a bunch of HS cheerleaders were sitting on it. No scratches, but on was a lil beefy!
Jordan, didn't see the oil level post. Change the oil immediatly. Pistons may be dippping into the oil and making engine run rich. If nothing else, the thinned oil will hurt internals
Ok, it's an overfueling problem. Since the car was wrecked and in pieces, verify the engine is properly grounded first. One plug ( the clean one ) is not getting fuel. You can switch injectors to see if the problem (clean one) goes with the switch. Get a scanner and retrieve codes. Possibly...
If is it the heater core---5.5 hours of labor and slightly more labor for recharging the AC if necessary, plus the cost of the part. With that amount of labor, I would only purchase an original Dodge heater core. The "water" on the floor will have a greasy-slippery feel to it if it is coolant.
Hey there fellas. This is Johns son. He doesn't know how to post pics. :lmao:
Johns main toy (I did a "photoshoot" for it)
Panoz Esperante GT-RA (For Sale)
Last Viper, Gen I Yellow RT/10
My Toys (son) 05 X-Runner (For sale) with my 06 R6
My Old toy (son's again) 4.2L 18psi D1SC Mustang...
Did a couple also, not difficult. Can be accomplished with a small mig welder and a power miter box saw with a metal cutting blade. A protractor or level is also needed.
Lorenzo, I agree with your choice. Although I own an 06 coupe, I do prefer the styling of the "old" gen 1's and 2's. I think it's the curvy lines that get to me.
Yo, Antny, your plugs do NOT look alright! They have no antiseize material on the threads. Put a dab on all the plug threads prior to installation. If it was me, I'd spend the time to remove em now and do it. :)
