    I had them and ended up taking them off and selling them (huge loss of course). It was too loud (drone) for me. This was with the hi-flo cats and 08 up mufflers on my 05. Installation is very difficult with the one-piece headers. I had two different "Viper Techs" from two different dealerships...

    No, the V8 wouldn't bother me at all; I feel the 8+ liters had more to do with the Viper power. We need to get real with the approaching tighter regulations; believe or not you little lambs there is talk of a twin turbocharged V6 PENTASTAR! A V6 in a Viper I definitely don't want.

    Do look at the fine print; is there anything about daily driving or driving to work? A lot of these policies are for pleasure driving only. If you have an accident on the way to work, you may not be covered!

    What are you looking for in a daily driver? Everyone has different thresholds or tolerances. It also depends on your commute. If it's heavy bumper to bumper, you won't be able to appreciate the Viper at all (hard to appreciate anything in this but there are better vehicles for this).
