This is not true. The current V10 platform is basically maxed out. Perhaps a few small tweaks here and there left, but nothing to make it "much" stronger. What are you "looking" at? FYI. The cars position's down the end of the straightaway is Mostly dependent on the Exit speed of the final turn (and how fast the driver was able to roll on the throttle). A simple example: car (A) with 400hp exiting the turn at 100 mph may still end up further...- Dom426h

antifreeze leak
+1 Sounds to me like he: pushed the coolant through the gasket, into the cylinder, out the exhaust valve port into the header where is dripped out of the leaky joint I'm guessing that 1st two puddles on the floor were from a leak other than the headgasket though. I would go through the...- Dom426h

Changing fluids ~ cost$
All that stuff would prob take a certified Viper tech the better part of a day wich alone would cost about 800bucks labor. Working by the "book" might even take longer. Some of the OEM fluids are pretty expensive(like trans and diff). (one of them is like 25bucks a quart...) I'd ask them...- Dom426h

Best Shift Knob?
In my GTS, I have tried 3 diff knobs. The two diff stock ones, and the MGW firststrike. My favorite is the OEM knob that has been in the Viper since the mid-gen2 change. FYI, It is possible that you are simply fealing the lesser value of time delay for the snap throttle response. Stock is slow for easy shifts and less bucking.
