Allen, Thanks for the very informative posts. I agree about checking the O2 sensors with a scan tool. We have a Actron 9185 at work and it is so simple to just look at an O2 sensors live graph and tell if it is good/bad/or going bad. I think the cheaper (sub $200)9580 model has the same...- Dom426h

If more downforce is needed.

98 GTSR vs GTS
Not much diff. Just a poser car with the racing looks on the outside but stock everything underneath (including shocks) which is why an ACR or even my lightly modded GTS is faster on the strip&track. ohh, it has smooth tubes... so + like 10 hp over stock- Dom426h

Belching Noise
Yea. Like Klama said: Could be the water/coolant. My Gen2 let's out a Gulp/burp everyonceinawhile while cooling down. She's been flushed with the dealership vacuum tool so there shouldn't be much air in there and she runs at normal temps so i just leave it be.- Dom426h

Borla cat back any good?
Oilman. I think that ANY Cat-back system will give you the sound you are looking for as long as you plan to keep the stock headers&cats. However if you ever plan on opening up the headers&cats to 3" then the corsa is advised tame the drone.- Dom426h

When i went to service the shifter in my GTS the inner boot had a crack in it. I replaced with a fresh one from Tators and noticed that the shifter shaft stretched it a bit when pulling forward or backward to select a gear. A choice between two 97 dodge vipers, which do you think is a better pick?
17" Gold wheels are Lame/Wack IMO Partly cause i dont like wimpy 17" wheels on a Beast-like car like the Viper. Windshield drop?
The full solid "drop" as you call it takes away from the lines of the car. The GTS is a work of art. A sculpture. no, thats what you have an ABS light for. yes any will work. Including the ones that Autozone lets you use in the parkinglot for free depends on the code. If it is a self clearing code then it will take a few complete drive cycles before clearing. no surprise there...- Dom426h
