Actually mounts easy. Remove license plate and the factory bolts behind it bolt the wing in place and replace the license plate.

I wander how that splitter would do on my lowered car. I wouldnt want to shred that pretty carbonfiber job that you did...

Not sure of the exact weight, but these are very lightweight wheels.
