    A 135 reading on all cylinders means they have all rusted out evenly from sitting around for 15 years. The value of the car all depends on how badly beat up it is. If it is fixable, it would have some value. If it is just a parts car, it's worth much less. Picture will help get an honest estimate.

    First let me say, Sorry that happened, I feel sick to see that. How long was the car parked when that happened, that looks like it would take a long time to do, no one saw anything, thats just unbelievable.

    Each State has its own rules, I live in NJ the arm pit of the world, they require a front plate, I do not have one on 3 of my cars, I have good luck sometimes. If I get a ticket, O well , still not going to put a plate on. Moving soon to a much better State anyway.:usa:

    Awesome car, you will love it. But get rid of the cats, the headers can then do there thing, and side rockers will be cool to the touch.

    Was it worth it, yea I guess so, they are much better than the stock ones, they will last for the life of my car, the way I use it.

    So I guess I am right about the headers, only 1999 ACRs had them. 1998 and 99 were the only gen2s to have them.

    From 99 to 2002 ACRs 99 had the headers, in 2000 they lost the cam and lifters also. I am pretty sure, may be Viper Jeff can find out. I am taking gen 2.

    Dajersey, for me on my car the bolts on the bracket were put in before the headers, I could not slide them out, they would only back out half way. I did not want to remove the headers. Yes if the bolts were put in the other way it would be cake, but that would be to easy. Removing the brackets...

    I did my motor and trans mounts last night, the way I did it was a little different, the bracket that is bolted to the motor looked like a pain in the butt to remove so I used a 3/4 inch box wrench and removed the top bolt on the mount that bolts to the bracket, yes it is tight but I was going...

    Yes, same engine, in the ACR they replaced the accordion type hose that went from the air box to the throttle body,with a smooth hose and a K&N filter, presto, 10 more hp.:)

    1999 ACR, last year with the forged Motor, and hairy cam, and real tube headers, they also dyno the highest of all the gen 2s stock. But they are all good, pulling hairs.
