    Belieave or not many get just as excited over the dodge viper as ferraris and lambos. Viper just sounds and looks kool and has that mystic about it. People rent them from the exotic lots here in hawaii and pimp them for a few days. Viper is a very special car.

    If thats the case then by one soon....Ive had three vipers and even though Ive told myself I want somthing else over and over...these 640 hp beautiful beaste at sometimes 80-90k nearly brand new is just hard to walk away from... thats a hell of a lot of car for anything sub 100k

    I back to back dynoed it on the same dynoe...peak hp gained vs power under the curve are two totally differant things. Im betting the new power was found via pm tweaking and I really b elieave the car will be even faster now

    I gained 5 peak hp on my gen 3 with tuning but y he power under the curve was 30 gained hp. I predict it will be 128-1302 mph faster in the quarter mile and a tenth faster to 60 mph

    A question for you racers out there

    The 2015 vipers will likely run 10.8 at 131 mph in great condition with great drivers. The current ones run 11.0 at 129 Its more than fast enough as is. What you are suggesting is lightening the frame and putting more weight up front. Thats a serious no no for cars that turn on road courses.

    I saw a 2014 gts with 4 k miles for 86k This stuff is just getting ridiculously tempting Lord have mercy I just might have too.... There's a vid of a forum members stock genV putting a bus length on a lp570 over and over again. These genV are easily the fastest car you can get in the world...

    Its good the way it is. The viper hasn't sold great in 15 years. Its a limited production toy. I think there might still be a few never titled 2010s for sale lol... The car is amazing though. No doubt. Ill probally end up getting one at some point.

    I found a 2008 r8 with 20k miles from a private seller for a fair price. I will likely purchase next week. The genV is calling my name and Ive got a feeling Ill be in another viper if this r8 bores me. I feel like an ass choosing 420 hp over 640 hp. Just gotta try somthing differant though

    My research suggested the aventador does 131-133 in the quarter??? Fast no doubt...but I think a lightly modded genV could give it a run

    There's not a car I can think of that gives you what the viper does for 100k. My buddies pushing me hard to get a genV to race his aventador...because he knows the genV is badas in every regard. Hellcat is badas but geeze. Maybe for a dd or dedicated strip car.....
