NY/CT: Annual Summer Bash @ "Oaklands" July 10

Sorry I can't make this one, but we have family plans that I cannot get out of! And, I especially am sad about missing my chance to win two RED radiator hoses, donated by the infamous Mr. Tony. It just breaks my heart to see those fast red hoses in a slow yellow RT. Need to put yellow ones in...

Andrew....the criteria for hiring waitresses is a minimum age of 80. You've heard of sagging springs, this restaurant has more than its share of sagging...... :D

R-Dawg, was actually going to get on 84 west right where 684 starts (exit 9). I could meet you on 684/22 right before you exit for 84, if you're going that way.

Looks like I'm going to go along with my son. Taking 684 to hook up with 84 West to Beacon Bridge. Anyone going that way so I can meet up, prefer driving with other Vipers...if not, meet you in Newburgh.

    If anyone has any interest....

Sorry Chuck, we were away, got back last night. This sounds like it was a cool tech session! I'm going to make sure I show up for the Oct 8th session. Oh, and yellow is the color your left with after leaving a red viper out in the sun too long! The sun bleaches out all the "good" red color...

    Installed new headliner

What kit is that? Is there a website where they sell headline kits and is there one for the Gen II's? It came out really nice, is that the original material or did the kit come with new material? Thanks.

    Don't want to touch it!

I still have the side resonators, but the muffler delete pipe I have is not factory, its the one offered either by Fitzgerald Performance or Snake Oyl. It has small 12" or so resonators just before the chrome tips. The shifter has a shorter throw and gives a more positive shift when going up...

RT/10 Auto form stuff for sale cheap on Fleabay

I'm with Andrew on miles.....sure you can find a high mileage car that has been taken care of very well versus a low mileage car that was hardly taken care of. But, on average, the higher the mileage the more likely it is you will have issues. It is a nice car (would look nicer if it was red)...

Matt, that's funny. You know, when my wife and I got serious, we actually planned for me to retire and take care of the house while she worked on her consulting business. Its worked very well for us, but clearly it's not for everyone.
