    Storing RT/10 hard top

    How are you guys storing your hard tops? Hangers, shelf, leaning against a wall? I'm trying to think of where I am going to put this thing during the summer where it won't get damaged or too dirty as I work in my garage a lot. Don't supposed someone makes a bracket that you hang on the wall...

    At cross roads, just bought Viper and thinking of selling

    I remember the salesman at my local exotics dealership trying to sell me a Porsche saying the Viper didn't handle worth a crap. I got a Viper anyway and absolutely love it. To each his own. Like the guys said earlier, it takes a special kind of person to love the snake.

    Thanks for the offer Rick. I think I may have it now. I had a friend help me yesterday align the trunk lid so the seams were perfect, then we were looking in there and it appears I lost some of the sealer gasket material they used at the factory to seal the rear quarter panel to the trunk...

    I took a long look at it tonight at it seems like i'm getting some water from the wheel wells. I'm going to try a new seal, but im afraid I might have something more extensive. Just don't know who I can take it to to look at closer...

    It does leak in some when I open the truck, but there are still puddles in there coming from somewhere. I'm going to try and add the o-ring material around the entire seal tonight and see what that does. It seems like there is some splatter on the sides also like it's leaking from somewhere...

    Re: Got the IEATVETS - I've only had the car for a week, so I have to drive it. It's been raining, but I just can't let that beauty sit in the garage. Plus I get a chance to get used to how easy the wheels spin in the rain... :2tu:

    My truck is leaking water when I wash it and/or drive it in the rain. I've adjusted the lock and the 2 rubber stoppers on each side, but to no avail. I then put some 3/16 o-ring material under the gasket to try and raise it a little bit. That helped somewhat, but i'm still getting water in...

    I haven't heard of this "skip shift" before. Am I reading that correctly that if you have the rpms blow a certain number that the car will shift from 1st to 4th instead of 1st to 2nd? that seems odd, but I don't have a viper yet. :)
