    They aren't cheap, but not too horrible for viper parts. I think it was about $450 for the pair if I remember correctly. Worth it in my opinion to fix the problem for good.

    Not that I know of, but it's always a possibility. I was mainly talking about other bolts besides the head bolts (exhaust, acessories, etc.) It's not the end of the world but will throw a wrench in your plans for sure. Especially for a person that is at the upper range of their skill level...

The hardest part of the whole thing is adjusting the rockers when you put it all back together, and I could teach you that in 5 minutes.     They look like B&B's, it appears to be a V band clamp that holds the 90 deg turnout on there. I can't tell how the primarys are attached to the collector in that pic but you can see that they do swivel like the B&B's.
