Considering how stock C5's pull on stock GT500s. I don't give them much credit in close to stock form.
The 2010/2011 GT500 should be much more interesting considering where the current GT is. But I will wait to see how well it does before becoming concerned.

It would have to be a roadster to really appeal. Similar to the Mercedes Stirling Moss SLR.

Taking some suggestions from other threads, I went to a local window shop. They re-bonded the bracket to the hatch. I'm giving it ~24 hours to fully cure and keeping it out of direct sunlight. Then re-attaching the strut.
It took about 5 min and was free of charge. Gave the guy a nice tip for...
So after even more searching I came up with this thread:

What kind of glue should be used to attach the strut mount to the...
So I was driving my truck with the top off today. Looked back at a stop light and a lady bug landed on my back seat. Instantly thought of this thread.
Worst bug/car thing I ever encountered was the Cicada swarms of 2004 on the east coast during a road rally. People in convertibles were...
okay, that makes more sense.
FYI, the fastest car that I've gone up against is an E85 fueled B4S4. He made more power than me, but gearing saved me. :D

Go do some research on E85 as a performance application. Many, many people convert their cars to run on E85 because it is the equivalent of 105 octane. While mostly stock n/a cars will not see much of a gain from it, boosted cars show significant power gains.

Not exactly sure as I've never seen the set up. But a Bosch044 in tank will flow equally to dual Walbro255s. It's similar to the Aeromotive 1000, but can be in-line or in-tank. However, it is a loud pump.
