Why not carry licence plate inside the car, and just throw it on the dash when you see a cop, that's what I do in the UK.
Some people in the UK use stick on numbers on a reflective back ground and stick the plate on the hood, but if you read the rules closely even that type of plate is not...
Most of the Vendors sell the replacement products needed. The power steering pump bracket is cast and can snap! Especially if your running any kind of boost!
If you want to keep a black looking replacement pulley, then Roe Racing have that available on their website. The Aluminium pulley...

So what was the colour of the car originally? Is the matte black a primer / base coat of some sort? I don't know anything about Plastic dip, you spray it on?
So does it just peel off when you're done with it?
