    Rick i'm currently having the same problem with my pinball machine too. It is not the Viper pinball, so I am going to put it on Craigs List and get rid of it. I will be looking for the Viper pinball eventually.

    I would contact one of those companies on Ebay that sell pinball machines and parts. I have a pinball machine and found what I was looking for when I needed a part by contacting one of them. I don't have any specific names for you though.

    Dealer Promo models

    I know I have the following GTS promos besides the RT/10s: 96 B&W GTS , a 96 B&W GTS pace car, a red GTS, and a black GTS. I can't check right now because the cars are packed for moving, but I know the red GTS is a 97, but not sure about the black (I think 99, but not 100%).

    I have what I believe to be all the 1/24 or 1/25 scale promos, but never seen or heard of a sapphire RT/10 or GTS. I do have a B&W RT/10, which I thought was an odd promo.

    What age is the Viper Owner ?

    Was in my 20's when I bought my Viper. Now I am 31. Almost bought a gen3, but still liked the looks of the original Viper much better (Gen3 looked too much like a vette to me).
