    I have the K&N filter box on my 98, I am happy with it, just dyno'd the car and it was 427hp and 473 torque. I didnt do a baseline, but doesnt look like lost any either. Why would you suck hotair from the motor? it has a rubber seal that seals it to the top of the hood so youre not getting...

    97 electrical upgrade ???????

    Ive had the same problem on my 98 if it sat for 2-3 weeks without being started, the battery would go dead, I just put an optima redtop in it and it seems to help, but it hasnt sat for more than 2 weeks yet

    My Fan is Causing My High Idle

    it should run all the way back to the battery, otherwise you are using the frame as your grounding points, which can cause "ground loops" which causes electrical interference ie..radio noise and volatge fluctuation. which is really what a grounding kit is designed to eliminate.

    I removed my cats, and the rear muffler, and did a single large oval tip but kept the resonators in the sidesills, and i think it sounds AWESOME!!!

    Weird Coolant Temp Problem.

    i had that problem ONE day when it was about 99 degrees, if i drove it above 3k rpms for more than a few minutes in slow traffic, it ran REALLY hot, havent had a problem since....coolant level looks fine, i just dont think it likes running high rpms in hot weather without ample air cooling it down.

    Ok, heres the verdict on the Optima redtop. I got it fit by turning it on its side, i then used metal banding and a long bolt to strap it in place, its very secure and isnt going anywhere, it would fit easier if you have a terminal puller and remove the top posts, otherwise it wont fit upright...

    Apparently he was at south course and he/she and an M3 overshot turn one into the b1tch and the M3 stopped faster than the non antilock brake Viper and the Viper slammed his passenger side door into the M3's door, no injuries but both cars were towed off with "signiifcant" sheetmetal damage...

    not me...........a $170k ford is like polishing a turd, no matter how hard you polish it at the end of the day its still a turd! Although its a pretty sweet car and if someone gave me one i would happily drive it, but not for $170k bucks.
