I am so entertaining the idea of getting an ACR in yellow but I would want it with the drivers stripe in yellow. I just cann't bring myself to sell my current baby so I might have to just buy one and store one of the two in the trailer..... Man I love that combo! :headbang:
"Kai" where have you been man? I wasn't sure you visited here much anymore? I always enjoyed your informative threads! Glad to see you on back here.:2tu:
I need a better place to park since the dang cedars around my building drip sap on my truck. Maybe we start a "drive your Viper all day event?" On a weekend or something? Or maybe a "Park you Viper next to a vette" day to piss off some yuppies? :)
Only thing I ever worry about is a flat. Get two things in that trunk. A can of fix a flat and a 12v air pump. The GenIV come with a similar kit but thats all you need in my opinion. Drive safe bring some sun screen if its a vert. Have a great time!!:2tu:
I have both the X-metal and the BBK. I find each has its strengths. I have never had either one hang or cause idle problems for me. They are very different in how they react to throttle input though. I have tested both on my car for more than 1K miles each and I much prefer the X-metal...
I agree, sorry I listed Crank since this thread started on the 700hp engine I figured I would not confuse people. I have yet to see a dyno of a genIV surpase 600rwhp. The highest I have seen is 576rwhp. If you have seen a GenIV get 600rwhp and not be an inflated dyno number I am greatly...
I dont know? I had the Corsa first so thats how I ended up with the system I have. You can buy just the headers and then the corsa and a connection with high flow cat between them. I think the whole Balenger setup is sweet but I have not heard it first hand? Best thing to try is visit some local...
I think most people add up the mods and think they are getting number but a couple dyno results I have seen are still rather shy of 700crank. Mods that you do on top of each other never added up to equal the advertised power (example 75hp headers and 25hp pcm and 10hp air intake) Does not equate...
Generaly cost dictates what you do but most exhaust stuff is in the 1k-1500. If you want mean and nasty go with a new set of headers. I had the corsa for a year and then added balenger headers & all smiles:D:D:D:D! Im a big corsa fan.
Im getting an NA build done later this year with same or more power and the plan is for about 600rwhp from it. Yes it can be done and yes it can be tuned. Higher compression etc etc etc etc etc etc. PM me for more details. On the mentioned engine though i would get a build spec for sure!! Im an...
The complete system does. You can get just the headers and hook them up to a corsa for a mean nasty sound like I did. Lou Balenger can make the connection that is needed for that with a single High Flow Cat. With exhausts you can pretty much do about what ever you want.
It was not me or my Viper for those that PM'd and E-mailed. Thank You for thinking of me though;) I do appreciate it! Very kind.
My heart goes out to those involved. Always hard to see a vehicle wreck especially a Viper. The wreck looks bad but they are reporting everyone is in recovery no...
