Matt,
I cannot really give any insight into how the install will go with the B&B headers, random tech high-flow cats, and cat-back. Although, I can say that the cat-back exhaust sounds pretty nice with just the stock headers and cats. I have it installed on my 99 RT/10. The fit and finish...
Guys,
I am not sure if this is true, but when I bought my 99 from the orig. owner he said that my car was once used as a show piece at the Dodge Headquarters building to show off the new cognac interior. It is a black 99 RT/10. Is there anyway that I could find out if this were true or not...
Re: FREE Adam\'s Polishes trial sprays!!!!
I have been using their detail spray and it works great. I even use it on my windows with no streaks at all. You can use the detail spray anywhere on your car and it works awesome. It also smells like bubble gum too!!!
When I first brought my car to show one of my buddy's his sister comes out and the first thing she says is "Damn, if you can't get laid with this car there is something wrong!"
I have been looking for a picture of this car and just cannot find one. There was a post on here a while back with a guy that had a 99 or 2000 black RT/10 with his stock wheels powder coated black with a chrome lip around the edge of the rim. Anyone have a picture of this car, if you do, could...
I don't understand why people do not like the cognac interior? I think it looks great on a black car! I have it in my 99 RT/10 and at first when I was looking for a viper I only wanted a black interior, but the more I saw the cognac in a black car the more I wanted it. All black is too much...
I would like to chime in on this subject because I offered to be of assistance to this site in regards to helping them setup their new forum. I was not going to do it for free and now you are looking to pay someone, most likely for more money than I would have charged. I would have done all...
What does the car sound like if you have high flow cats, no muffler next to the cat (have it removed), and a random tech exhaust? Anyone know? How loud is it? Right now I have the stock cats, muffler next to the cat (still stock) and a random tech exhaust.
I can vouch for the condition of the cars pictured, since I bought the 99 RT/10 from him last April. The 99 was in great shape, best one I have seen to date. The 05 was in pristine condition as well, all the cars are very well taken care of. He is a stand up guy to boot, if anyone is looking...
Thought I would post this to see if anyone knows how much it costs to get wheels powder coated? I remember seeing on here a black 99 RT/10 with the stock rims powder coated which I thought looked awesome. Anyone have any pics of that car and a price to get it done?
Thanks!
I wasn't sure where to attach mine either. Two of my neighbors are mechanics, one of them said any where in the engine bay on steel, but no aluminum and no where near the fuel lines. Any steel bolt that is attached to a decent sized metal piece should be good.
I just had to chime in on this subject because I have thought for many hours regarding this exact thing. When I was 15-16 years old and saw a viper for the first time I was awe struck. I loved the look and nothing matched it on the road in my opinion. Now at the age of 29, I bought my first...
I did see that GTS there. When I was having the recall performed on my car his was there as well. How is the Pocono realstate market these days, is it as inflated as the rest of the northeast? The time to buy was a couple of years ago, now everything seems overpriced to me and needs to drop...
Jerome Sparich,
Yeah I take my car to Young Dodge. Have you had or have heard of any good or bad things about them? You wouldn't happen to have a red GTS would you?
Chuck,
Thanks for the offer and I will take you up on it. I have gotten sick the past day and a half, but I will call you sometime next week to discuss.
Thanks,
Brian
I have been taking my car to this one specific dealer. It was only there twice, once for an oil change ($100) and once to have the day-time running light relay unit replaced because it went on me ($225). I just do not want to keep spending money on maintenance when I could do it myself with...
So the Service Manual will tell me how to change all of the following
Transmission, Differential, Power steering, Master/Clutch
Correct?
Is there anything else that I might need to know, granted, I have never done any work on a car before, at least nothing in depth. Is the Service manual...
Just wondering, if would pick up a Service Manual for a 99 RT/10 would that describe the steps I would need to take to change the following fluids:
Transmission, Differential, Power steering, Master/Clutch
