Hey Laptopman...
This is a shot in the dark, but here goes...
Did you have that car over at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center last week Thursday night? I happen to be attending the AMCP convention and saw one sitting out front of the hotel I was staying at. A few people were taking pictures...
Try this...
Somewhat similar to Steveb, where he suggested a representation of the GTS from each year put into one vehicle, BUT take it a few steps further.
First, have the GTS include some significant, yet orginal part from each model year (96-02). What part would you use for from each year...
Re: Annoying Noise\'s From The Hardtop
I think you may need to adjust the rear latches on the hardtop. Basically, part of the problem is the rear latches need to be adjusted so the top doesn't make small movements up and down. The rear latches need to be adjusted to point where they are just...
Sean,
The new cat back, what's the price (if changed from the older design) and what's the product number?
Does it replace the the current 3" design?
Thanks
Re: Gen3 Viper styling - here\'s your chance to tell Dodge what you think!
Personally, I felt the same way when I first saw it at the auto show last year...disappointed. Many people on the board saind you'll like when you see it in person, but I didn't. Maybe because it was up high on that...
Re: How is the maintance on a \'98 or \'99 RT/10
Cory,
If you buy a 98 or 99 Viper get one with an extended warranty. As for maintenance, my 99 has only required oil changes, and a few minor (non-mechanical) items covered under warranty. When I bought the car new, I purchased a seven year...
Re: Roll bar or Roll cage to run in the 11\'s??
So what going to happen when the new Viper rolls out? It will definatley be a 11 sec. factory stock car.
Probably good advice.
Kinda funny this was brought up. This weekend was the first time since the day after thanksgiving I have started the car. And amazingly enough, it crank really slow for a couple of seconds, but than fired right up! Did not charge the battery at all during that time...
Brendan,
The Viper you saw without the lights was on a program about Jesse James and his chopper bike. The Viper was a project car he was working on. This program was on the Discovery Channel a couple weeks ago.
I just saw this on Motorweek and thought some of you may be interested. Check it out at http://www.motormat.com/ (Sorry if this doesn't work-out as a hyper-link).
Does anyone have any expereince with this stuff or heard anything about it? I really like the ways you can make paterns with it.
BamBam,
Personally, I think this (hybrid cars) will be the next big step. And I would by one if I haven't bought my Ford Focus a year ago. Just the thought of getting great gas mileage and buying less gas, is pretty cool. Plus, its so easy to maneuver from different lanes in a small car.
I...
Maybe someone can help me here. What I don't understand is that stock cars are getting very close to being true 11 sec. cars. Currently, their are a few out there that can hit high 11's with great track conditions. But at some point you are not only going to have Porsche's and Viper in the...
