The earlier Viper oil filter 5037836AB has SAE threads while the later SRT filter 5038041AA has metric threads. The SRT filter is spec'ed for all Chrysler performance vehicles of the era so it's much easier to get.
The 2 are not interchangeable.
The driveshafts are identical, so a new yoke would work, but driveshafts are usually balanced as an assembly including the yoke.

Measuring from the bell housing to block mating surface to the throw out bearing mounting surface showed .125” more with the TR 6060. I used this spacer.

Unplug the switch on the trans, with the ignition on and in reverse (not running), 12v should be present on one of contacts in the connector. If there is, short the 2 contacts with a piece of wire and check the backup lights.
You could always try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Just make sure you have a window down or door open while you do it. Also, after you cycle power, turn the key to run, then off to reinitialize.
