Twister,
The answer to your question is no for now. Computers and tuners were on their way... Then, Lawyers got involved.
Stealth, he was asking about the availability of meaningful aftermarket mods.
mnviper,
Save yourself a LOT of trouble, heartache and effort. Call Toddy at BBG and tell him you need a good clutch. What you need has been done and he has exactly what you need (and it's proven...)!
Does anyone here know of a good source for Billet Main Caps for the Gen IV/V? Also, how about some stronger bolts and studs to install them with?
Thanks!!
Sharky,
I was shaking my head when I read your response. I suppose I read it wrong. My take away was that he tried to help you free of profit (after you reached out to him asking for an assist), something entirely out of his control went wrong and ultimately he paid you. If that's the case...
I did exactly what you're pondering.. Get the Gen V and then buy a C7 Z06 (when it's released) so you can have the best of both worlds! :)
The base vette (the Stingray) just does NOT do it for me - and I can't imagine it does for YOU EITHER coming from a friggin Gen IV!!!
I have a brand new set of Gen V gloss black venom wheels for sale. I have them for sale in all the F/S sections on all the forums. Here's a link:

I'm willing to beat VPA's price of by...
Thank you gentlemen. I only went a 1.89 60' but I was doing a 2 step or 5K RPM clutch drop, either. I was mostly nursing her out of the hole as to not blow yet another clutch. At least I got an 1/8th mile pass out of her before tthe clutch lt go. Sigh.. At least it's still drivable (until I can...
Hi there!
If you are running OEM wheels, then NT05Rs are the only way to fly at the strip (and on the street)!!
Here's a pic of the engine bay:

Hey guys,
Nothing really to update... I've put a lot of miles on the car, runs great! I've had it in several car shows in the WPB area in the last month (in fact I drove it to the Brass Monkey Bar/Car show gathering last Friday evening). I even made it to the strip 2 weeks ago but the 2rd OEM...
Hey guys,
I don't see a F/S section here, so I thought I'd list these here. I know a lot of Gen I - Gen III guys might need these!
I had to buy 20 to get my discount when I bought these (I only needed 10), so I have 10 brand new ones left over if you want them.
This is considerably less than...
These wheels are BRAND NEW, never mounted, SRT Gloss Black Venom WHEELS! Perfect (10/10) condition!
Price is $2,300 and you pay shipping.
I also have a set of 1 year old tire sensors I can throw in for $100 bucks.
Not in a hurry to sell so the price is firm!
I also have a set of new...
Bruce,
While I think the rumors of the Viper's end of life is VERY real - I think you're right about collector status. I believe we have something special that may be comparable to the Ford GT in the coming years! Mine isn't going ANYWHERE! I think this was a great buy at $25K off of MSRP and...
Hey guys,
Can any of you recommend someone for having some custom badging made? Please let me know if you have someone that you've either done business with or have personally seen some of their work. I'm going for highest quality/craftsmanship/billet look in the badges I'd like to have made...
Re: New Pirelli P Zero 355/30/19 tires for sale off of my 2014 GTS with 177 miles on
I simply can't believe these tires are still available!! That's good news for YOU!
Re: New Pirelli P Zero 355/30/19 tires for sale off of my 2014 GTS with 177 miles on
prpaster,
At 177 miles I rolled my car in the garage and put it on a lift so I could Twin Turbo my car. The first thing to come off of he car before the transformation began was the rear wheels and tires! :)...
Re: New Pirelli P Zero 355/30/19 tires for sale off of my 2014 GTS with 177 miles on
St. Char, thanks! I have no idea! A bunch of tire kickers so far... (see what I did there???) :)
I don't quite think people realise they are instantly saving $500 here. No gimmicks, no scams, real deal...
08viperviolet,
Please note - the vipper cannot be "Serviced at dealerships everywhere." A dodge dealership has to have SRT certification in order to work on the Viper. Unforatunately the rather lodge Dodge dealership in Delray Beach (near me) cannot work on a Viper... Major bummer.
Peter,
I was recently in your situation (Btw, are you the same petermk from corvetteforum? If so, I know you from wayyy back). I bought the Gen V.
Here is my advice to you. Based on your statement that the corvette is no cream puff, then no, don't buy the viper. You will hate it. The seats...
These tires are as good as new! 177 easy break-in miles on them (absolutely ZERO tire spinning/performance driving on these tires). Notice the rubber nobbies still on them (see pics) as fresh as the day Pirelli made them!
Cost to buy them new from tirerack is $677 plus shipping (each). That's...
