are these an item that have a high failure rate or are starting to have them on the Gen 2 specifically a 97 GTS ? My car is fine now, These are an OEM part?
Dean, that was very helpful. Now I know what date my block was cast on.
im a “numbers” guy because I’m into old Mopars too. I like originality and want to document my car.
I would like to learn as much as possible about date codes, build dates, etc on my car If you can think of anything else...
Hi Guys,
Can the engine serial number tell you anything as far as when it was built or year of block or a range of any type when cars were built? Can this number give you anything at all?
Thanks for the pics Dean, trying to decide still on a wire set in black to look OEM or maybe red to blend in with the valve covers. I want to go with the NGK set but don’t want blue. Those look out of place to me in there. i want to stay with a 7 or 8 mm also but want a decent set, not sure...

OE Number 5245322
Dorman Number...

Hi guys. Is the Napa green antifreeze concentrate ok to use in our cars? The bottle says 1990 and earlier Chrysler. Id like to stay with green instead of worrying about flushing all the old stuff out and switching to a different color type. Thoughts? Thank you.
Beautiful color….would you know if anyone has done this with b/w 97’s? I’m a numbers guy and love to see this kind of tracking. Thanks for helping the hobby.
