Cut the cats out completely and upgrade the exhaust at least to a Gen IV if not a Corsa. That will cure several issue including excessive heat in the cabin.
I think this is what we're leaning towards - He's lookin at Borla too so for now we might just get 02 simulators and that will take care of the other. If it's too loud for him we'll go and put cats (not factory) back in.
