I guess it wont work for me because I got a mac.

Works fine on my Mac (using Safari 3.1). You just have to make sure Silverlight is installed:

Microsoft Silverlight: Light Up the Web

Interestingly enough, Safari on the Mac is the only browser I tried that would actually play it all the way through. My Windows box (XP and Vista) crapped out at the commercials and wouldn't play the second half.

Interesting Video. Not even close to a "smackdown" as some have suggested. More like the "'08 barely preserving its honor using a Dodge ringer driver who knew nothing about the Z06." Put a Chevy hot shoe driver in the Z06 and we have a dead heat or an even closer finish.

I just sold a C6 Z06 to move into my '08 Viper Coupe. I am very glad I made the move and love the new Snake, but the Z was also a great car. My Z car had headers, intake and light tuning and was evil fast. I did not make the change for speed. My Snake has only 260 mi. on it so I will wait until I can open it up before writing a detailed comparison.

both great cars but in two totally different classes. Yes the speed is comparable, but one is a mass produced sportscar line that does great on the tracks, while the other is a limited production racecar that happens to be street legal.

I understand where you are coming from, A dodge sponsored driver couldnt be caught dead beating a Viper in a Vette.

But

I still think the Viper is faster. If this particular Viper has MPSC and not the PS2's, then I think the gap should have been bigger or it bodes well for the Z06 as the MPSC are worth at least a couple of seconds on a 1.5 minute course.
