1993 Dodge viper overfilling coolant reservoir

I was topping of the reservoir on my 1993 Dodge viper, could not see the coolant level through the side and filled i all the way to the top, when I squeeze the last bit in, I hear it splashing a bit and stopped. Will this hurt anything or not, I was afraid that I might have blown the top off the reservoir or blew the suction hose off of it.

It will not hurt anything, at worst case when the car heats up to operating temp some will piss out to the road.
